Short-Run Production with SLS printing

You have a concept, you've proven it out through prototyping, but you're not quite ready for full production.  Or maybe your product is manufactured in volume but each with a unique design.  Or maybe you want to manage your inventory and only produce what you need when you need it.

3D Selective Laser Sintering short-run production may be the answer.

One of many, or many of one

Nothing is better suited to personalized manufacturing than 3D printing, where you have the advantages of volume but can produce unique one-off products, one platform at a time.  Or, when your needs call for 2,000 end-use parts this week, 3D production printing can handle that just as easily.

On-demand, when you need it

Short-run production allows you to maintain low inventories and only order what you need to meet current demand.

Nylon 12 for strength and durability

Strong, tough biocompatible material that stands up to the rigors of long-term real world use, replacing traditionally injection molded articles

Selective Laser Sintering

Selective Laser Sintering is a process that uses high-powered CO2 lasers to selectively melt and fuse powdered thermoplastics. This process is ideal if you are looking to produce tough, functional parts, with the possibility to achieve excellent surface finish and fine detailing. SLS is also ideal for complex geometries that would be difficult to produce using other processes, or when the time and cost of tooling becomes prohibitive. It is the best choice for engineers looking for functional parts and prototypes in the sectors of automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics, surgical instruments and shop floor manufacturing. SLS is the ultimate 3D printing technology for thermoplastic parts, without compromise.
